<br /> Indet�tedness or any Guaran�vr dies or becomes incompetenfi, or re�okes or disputes the �alidity af, or lia�ility

<br /> Right#o Cure. !f any default, oth�r than a de#aul�in paymen�, is curable and if Trustvr has nat been given a notice

<br /> Trustor, after Lender sends w�itten notice to Trus#or demanding cure of such defaul�: {�} cures the default within
<br /> twenty ���� days; or ��} if the cure requires more than twenty 42��.days, immediat�ly initiates steps which
<br /> Lender deems in Lender's sole discretion �o be sufficient t� cu�e �he default and thereafter continues and

<br /> RIGHTS AND REMEDfES �N DEFAULT. I�an E��nt o� ❑efaul�❑c�urs under this De�d of Trust, at any time thereafter,
<br /> Trus�ee or Lender may exerc�se any one�r more of the f�llowing rights and remedies:

<br /> secured hereby, Lender may d�clar�all �ndetatedness secured by this Deed vf Trust t� be du� and payab[� and
<br /> the same shall thereupon become due and payable withaut any presentmen�, demand, pratest or no�i�e of any
<br /> kind. Thereafter. Lender may:
<br /> �ay Either in person ❑r by ag�nt, w�th or without bringing any action vr prviceedEng, ar by a recei�er
<br /> appointed by a cvurt and wi�hvut regard tv#he adequa�y of its se�ur�ty, entsr upon and �ake possession
<br /> of the Property, or any par�thereo�F, in its own nam�ar in�he name af Trus�ee, and dv any aGts which it
<br /> d�ems n�cessary or desirable to preser�e the �alue, marketahili�y ar rentab�lity af the P�vper�y, or part of
<br /> the Property or interest in the Pr�perty; inGrease the in�ome from the Prop��ty or prot�ct the secu�ity o#
<br /> the Prvperty; and, w�th o� wi�hout taking possession of th� Property, sue fvr �r otherwise collect the
<br /> rents, issues and prof�ts of�he Property, including �hose past due and unpa�d, and appl� �he same, less
