<br /> dies ❑r becomes incompeten�, vr re�okes ❑r disputes the �alid�ty vf, or liabi4ity under, any Guaran�y ❑f the

<br /> Ad�erse Ghang�. A ma�terial ad�erse change ❑ccurs in gvrrower's or Trustor's financial canditian, ❑r Lender
<br /> be�ie�es the prospect of paymen�❑r performance of the lndebtedness Es impaired.
<br /> Insecurity. Lender�n gvad �a�th belie�es itself insecure.
<br /> Right ta Cure. If any default, other than a defaul�in payment, is curable and if Trus�or has not been given a notice
<br /> of a breach❑��he same pr��ision of�his Deed ❑�F Trust within the preceding twel�e �12y man�hs, it may he cured it
<br /> Trus�or, after Lender sends written notice ta Borrawer demanding cure of such default: {�} cures �he defauft
<br /> within fifteen ��5} days; or �2} if�he cure requires mvre than �ifteen t�5} days, immediately initiates steps which
