<br /> Dea�h or lnsal►rency. The dissoiution �# Trus�kor's {regardless a-� whether elec�ian to continue is made�, any
<br /> member withdrav►rs from the limited liability cvmpany, or any vther termina�ion af Trus�ar's exis�ence as a going
<br /> business vr the death of any member, the insolWency o� Trus�vr, the appaintment of a recei�er �or any part ❑f
<br /> Trustar's �roperty, any assignmen� for the benefi� of credEtvrs, any �ype a� credi�ar workout, ❑r �he
<br /> commencem�nt❑f any pr�ceeding under any bankruptcy or insol�ency iaws by❑r against Trustar.
<br /> Cred�tor or Fvrfeiture Proceedings. Commencement of fo�rec�osure ❑r forf�iture proceedings, whether by �udicial
<br /> proceed�ng, self-help, �-epvssession vr any o�her methvd, by any credifior❑�Trustvr or by any go�ernmenta[ agen�y
