<br /> substanc�s: gasoiine,ker45ene,other flammabl�or toxic petr�Ieum pr�ducts,toxic pesticides ar�d herbicides,
<br /> �olati�e�o�vents, mat�rials con�aining asb�stos or farmaldeh�de, and radioactive materials; �b)
<br /> "E►�vrrar�►ne�a�a��a�v"means federa�laws and laws of the jurisdictiorx�vhere the Praper�y is located that
<br /> relate to health, safety or environmenta�protection; (c} "E►�v�ro�n�e��al Cleartup"includes any respflnse
<br /> action,remedia�action, �r removal action, as defined in Environmental Law; and�d}an "E►�viro�arrzer�tal
<br /> Conditior�"means a condition that can�ause,co�tribute to, ar atherwise�rigger an Enviranmenta�C�eanup.
<br /> Borr�wer shali not cause or permi�the presence,use,di�posal, storage,ar re�ease af any Ha2ardaus
<br /> Substanees,or�hreaten t�release any Ha�ardau�Srxbstances,on or in the Property.Borrflwer sha11 nat do,
<br /> nor a�lo�v anyone else ta do,anything affecting the Property(a)that is ia vio�ation af any En�ironmenta�
<br /> Law,�b)which creates an�n��r�nmental�ondition,or�c�whi�h,due to the presence,use,or rel�ase of a
<br /> Hazardous Substan�e,creates a condition�hat adversely affects the�alue of the Property.The preGeding t�o
<br /> sentences shall not apply to the presence,use,or storage on the Praperty of small quantities�f Hazardous
<br /> Substances that are generally re�ognized to be apprapriate to normal res�dential uses and to maintenance af
<br /> the Property�including,bu�not limited to,hazardous Substa.�c��i��onsurner products).
<br /> Borrawer shall prornpt�y give Lender written notice of(a)any inv�stig�tian,claim,demand,Iaw�uit or ot�er
<br /> actian by any g��e�nmental or regulatary agen�y ar private�arty involving th�Property an�any Hazardaus
<br /> Substanc�ar Environmental I�a�r�f which Borr4wer has ac�ual knawi�dge,�b}any Enviranmental
<br /> Condi�ion, including but not limited to,any spil�ing, Ieaking,discharge,retease or threat of r�lease of any
<br /> Hazardous Su�stan�e,and�c�an�c�ndit��n caused by the presence,us�or rel�ase af a�Iazard��s St�bstance
<br /> whi�h ad�ersely affects the�ralue of the Froperty. If Borrawer learns,�r is r�otified by any go�ernmenta.�or
<br /> reguiatary authority,or any privat�party,that any r�moval or other remed�atiQn of an��iazardous��bstanc�
<br /> affecting the�roperty is necessary,BQrro�er shall promptly take aIl necessary remedial actions in
<br /> a�cardance with Environm�nta�Law,N4thing herein s�al�cr�ate any obligati�n on Len€ter far ar�
<br /> En�ironmental Cleanup.
