CRABTREE, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, have made, constituted and appointed and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint my husband, RICHARD L. CRABTREE, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, my true and lawful Attorney-in- Fact . I appoint my son, DREW M.
