<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 19, 1993 and executed by Jacquetta I. Pesek, as Trustor,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on June 1, 1993
<br />as Document No. 93- 104445, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Suite No. Twenty Five (25) and Garage L, "C" Windsor Square Condominium
<br />Property Regime in Unit Three (3), Lot Two (2), Block Eight (8) Replat, Continental Gardens,
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 30th day of March, 2017.
<br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 30th day of
<br />March, 2017 by Linda M. Glause, Assistant Vice President of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee.
