<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by VERN L. MUHLBACH AND ANN M. MUHLBACH, HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS as Trustor to NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE
<br />TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION as Trustee for the benefit of THE
<br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated APRIL 30, 1998 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or
<br />Instrument No. 98- 104244 and beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned to FIRST COMMERCE MORTGAGE COMPANY by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument No. 98- 104245
<br />has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested
<br />the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty,
<br />to the persons entitled thereto.
