NEW AND SUSAN L. NEW HUSBAND AND WIFE as <br />Trustor to NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE TRUST AND SAVINGS <br />ASSOCIATION as Trustee for the benefit of FIVE POINTS BANK; A <br />NEBRASKA CORPORATION the beneficiary named therein, dated JANUARY <br />20, 1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in <br />HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument No. 99- <br />100875 and beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned <br />to FIRST COMMERCE MORTGAGE COMPANY by Assignment recorded in Book <br />Page or Instrument Nc. 99- 100876 has been paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested <br />the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty, <br />to the persons entitled thereto. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance <br />with the written request of the beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to <br />the person or persons entitle thereto all the estate and interest <br />held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust <br />in the following described property: <br />LOT SIXTEEN (16), MEADOW LANE THIRD SUBDIVISION, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE TRUST AND <br />SAVINGS ASSOCIAT ON AS TRUSTEE <br />Dated: cfJ` ('-�) '12, <br />Regy JTZWen, Vice President & <br />Trust Officer <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF LANCASTER <br />The fooing Deed of conveyance acknowledged before me on <br />this _ day of - I by REGY J.
