2� 17�2�84 <br /> If the Loan is subject to a lavv which sets maximum loan charges,and that law is finai�y�nterpreted so that <br /> the interest ar other loan charges col�ected or ta be collected in connection wi�h the Loan exceed the <br /> permitted limits,then: �a}any such loan charge sha11 be reduced by the amount necessary to reduce�he <br /> charge to the permitted limit;and(b)any sums a�ready collected from Borro�ver which exceeded permitted <br /> limits wi11 be refunded to Borrower.
