Baharian and Hoveek O. <br />Baharian, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Emily I. Buettner and Drew T.
