<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004 executed by, HASTINGS VENTURES,
<br />A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as instrument number
<br />0200402542 on the 16TH day of March, 2004, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Woodland Park Fifteenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004, recorded as
<br />instrument number 0200402542 on the 16th day of March, 2004, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebra ka, this 31st day of March, 2017.
