<br />DONALD D. MEHRING, Successor Trustee of the HELEN M. MEHRING TRUST
<br />under Agreement dated September 10, 1990, Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1) and other
<br />good and valuable consideration received from Grantee, CONESTOGA NORTH, L.L.C., a
