<br />Know All Men by These Presents: Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a Bell Federal Credit Union
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Marvin Douglas
<br />Lambertus and Judith M. Lambertus, Husband and Wife to Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a/Bell
<br />Federal Credit Union for the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union f /k /a Bell Federal Credit Union the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated March 12th, 1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, in Instrument #99- 103114 has been paid and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
