Guzman, Personal Representative of <br />the Estate of Melquiades Guzman, Deceased, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One <br />Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Kevin L. Harris and Lisa A. Harris, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, conveys to Grantee the following <br />described real property in Hall County, NE: <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me this Q.41. day of - , c : r7, <br />by Juan C.
