<br /> DEFINITIONS. The follorrving capi�alized wo�ds and terms shall ha�e the �ollowing meanings when used in#his Deed of
<br /> Trus�. Uniess speci�ically stated tv the cont�ary, all re�erences to dol�ar amoun�s sha{I mean amounts in lawful maney
<br /> af the United 5tates ❑f Amer�ca. Wards and terms used in the singula� shall include the plural, and the p�ural shall
<br /> �nclude the singular, as the con�ext may require. Words and terms nvt o�herwise defined in this Deed o� Trust shall
<br /> ha��the meanings a��ributed to such terms in the Uniform Commercial �ode:
<br /> Bene#ic�ary. The word "Beneficiary" means Exchange Bank, and its successvrs and assigns.
<br /> Borrawer. The w�rd "Borrower" means June M. Frank R��ocable Trust and includes all �o-signers and co-makers
<br /> signing the Nvte and all�heir su�cessors and assigns.
<br /> Deed of Trust. The words "Deed of Trus�" mean �his Deed ❑f Trust among T�ustor, Lender, and Trustee, and
<br /> includes without limi�ation all assignment and security interest pra�is�ons relating #o the Pe�sonal Property and
<br /> Rents.
<br /> Default. The word "Defau��" means the Default sefi forth in this Deed o#Trust in the s��tion titled "�efault".
<br /> En�ironmentai Laws. The wards "En�ironmental Laws" mean any and all sta�e, #edera! and �oca� statutes,
<br /> regulations and ordinances relating to the protection of human h�al�h or the en�ironment, including withvut
<br /> limitativn the Comprehensi�e En�ironmen�al Response, Compensation, and L�at�ility Act o� 1�8a, as am�nded, 4�

<br /> Event nf Default. Th�words "E�en�of Default" mean any o#the e�ents a#default set fvrth in this Deed af Trust in

<br /> Guaranty. The wo�d "Guaranty" means�he guaranty fr�m guarantor, end�rser, surety, or accomm�dation party�o
<br /> Lender, �ncluding w�thvut limitatian a guaranty af all ar part❑f�he Note.
<br /> Hazardaus 5ubstances. The words "Ha�ardvus 5ubstances" mean materials #hat, because a� their quantity,
<br /> concent�ation or physical, chemi�al vr in�ectious charac�eristics, may �ause or pos� a present or poten�ial ha�a�d
<br /> tv human h�alth or the en�ironment when improperly us�d, �reated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transported or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous 5ubs#ances" are used in their �ery broadest sense and
<br /> include without �imitatian any and al! hazardous ar taxic substances, materiafs or waste as defined by or lis�ed
<br /> under the En�ironmental Laws. The�erm "Hazardous Substan�es" alsa inGludes, wi�hout limitation, petroieum and
<br /> pet�vleum byWproducts❑r any fractian thereofi and asbes�os,
<br /> lmprvvem�nts. The word "impro�emen�s" means all existing and fiuture imprv�ements, buildings, stru��ures,
<br /> mobiie homes affixed on the Reaf Prvperty, facilities, addi#ions, repla�ements and vther construction on the Real
<br /> Prap�rty.
<br /> lndebtedness. The ward "Indebt�dness" means a�� prin�ipal, interes�, and other amounts, cvsts and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note or Relat�d Documen�s, together with a!I renewals of, extensions of, modificativns of,
<br /> conso��dations of and substitutions �or the No�e or Relat�d Do�uments and any amounts exp�nd�d vr ad�anc�d by
<br /> Lender �v discharge Trustar's �b�igatians or expenses incurr�d by Trustee vr Lender to enfvrce Trustor's
<br /> ob�igatians under this ❑�ed vf Trust, toge�her with interest on such amaunts as prv�ided in this Deed a� Trust.
<br /> Specifically, without [imitation, Indebtedness in��udes the future ad�anc�s set #or�h in the Fu�ure Ad�ances
<br /> pr���sion, together w�th all int�rest thereon and all amounts that may be indirectly se�ured by the
<br /> Cross-Collateraliza�ion pro�isivn of this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The wo�d "Lend��" means Exchange Bank, its successars and assigns.
<br /> Not�. The word "Note" m�ans the pr�m�ssary note dated Niarch 31, 2Q17, in the or�ginal princ�pal amount
<br /> �f $1��.���.OQ from Trustor �o Lender, together with all renewals of, extensians o�, modifications ❑f,
<br /> refinancings a�, consolidations of, and substi�utions far the promiss�ry no�e or agreement. N�TlCE T❑ TRUST�R:

<br /> Personal Prvperty. The words "Personal Property" mean all equipm�nt, fixtures, and o�her artic�es ❑f persona�
<br /> property now ar hereafter awned by Trustor, �nd now ❑r hereafter attached ❑r a��ixed �a the Real Property;
<br /> together with a[[ accessions, parts, and additions to, al� replacements of, and all substitu�ians for, any af such
<br /> prvper�ty; and tog�ther with all pro�eeds tincluding without limi�ation a�1 insurance proceeds and refunds o�
