<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Gary L. Wood and
<br />Julia M. Wood, Husband and Wife, to Bell Federal Credit Union for the benefit of Bell Federal Credit
<br />Union the beneficiary named therein, dated 11 -20 -97 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, inDocument 97- 110091 been paid and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
