<br /> Impro�ements. The w�rd "Impro�ements" means a�l existing and fu�ure impro�ements, buildings, strucfures, �
<br /> mobile hames affixed on the Real Property, faci�ities, addi�ions, replacements and other �onstruct�nn on the Rea�
<br /> Proper�y.
<br /> �ndebtedness. The ward "�ndebtedness" means al� principal, 'tn�erest, and other amounts, c�sts and expenses
<br /> payable under the Cred�t Agreement or Refated Documents, tog�ther wi�h alf renewals of, extensions of,
<br /> mod�fca#ions of, consolidations of and substitutions for the Cred�t Agreemen� ar Related Doeuments and any
<br /> amounts expended or ad�anced by Lender to d�scharge Trustor's obligations or exp�nses incurred by Trus�ee or �
<br /> Lender to enforce Trustor's abligations under this Deed of Trust, togefher with interes# on such amounts as

<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means BANK�F THE VIIEST, its successors and assigns. The words "successo�-s or
<br /> assigns" mean any person or c�mpany that acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Persanal Praperty. The words "Personai Property" mean afil equipment, fixtures, and other articl�s of personal
<br /> property now or hereafter own�d by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached or a�xed to the Real Praper�y;
<br /> fogether w�th a!I accessions, parts, and addi�ians �o, a�! replacements of, and al� substi#utians for, any of such

<br /> Related Documents. The words "Related C7ocuments" mean all pramissary notes, credit agreements, �oan
<br /> agreements, en�ironmental agreem�nts, guaran�ies, securi�y ag�eements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, colfateral mort�ages, and al� other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now ar hereafte�
<br /> existing, executed in connect�on w��h the Indeb#sdness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" m�ans all present and future rents, re�enues, income, issues, roya�t�es, profits, and
<br /> other benefits derived from�he Property.
