<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY-THESE PRESENTS,
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
<br />Lilley Redi Mix, Inc., A Nebraska Corporation to Adams County Bank, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named therein, said Deed of Trust being
<br />dated April 29, 1996, and recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on May 17, 1996, as Instrument Number 96- 103844, has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the following
<br />described premises, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lots One (1) and Two (2), Mainland, in the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Nine (9), North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), said point
<br />being One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Four and Twenty Eight Hundredths
<br />(1,324.28) feet north of the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), said
<br />point also being on the north right of way line of State Spur S 401); thence
<br />northerly, along and upon the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a
<br />distance of Six Hundred Ninety Five and Twenty Three Hundredths (695.23) feet to
<br />a 3/4" iron pipe (meander corner); thence deflecting left 97 degrees 30' 00" and
<br />running southwesterly, along and upon the south present day high bank of the
<br />Platte River, a distance of Three Hundred One and Twenty Four Hundredths
<br />(301.24) feet; thence deflecting left 97 degrees 30' 00" and running southerly,
<br />parallel with the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Seven
<br />Hundred Sixty Three and Twenty Four Hundredths (763.24) feet to a point on the
<br />north right of way line of State Spur 5401); thence deflecting left 109 degree 46' 00"
<br />and running northeasterly, along and upon said north right of way line, a distance
<br />of Three Hundred Seventeen and thirty Seven Hundredths (317.37) feet to the point
<br />of beginning
<br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
<br />belonging to such premises.
