<br /> appainted by a court and wi�hout regard �❑ the adequacy vf its securi�y, en�er upon and take possession
<br /> of the Praper�y, ar any pa�-�thereof, in i�s own name ar in�the name of Trust�e, and da any acts which it
<br /> deems necessary vr desirable to prese��e the Wa1ue, marketability ar ren�ability❑f fihe Prvperty, or part o�
<br /> the Property o� interest in the Proper�y; Encrease �he income from the P�operty ar protect the security of
