m rn N ~ cn o <br />N <br />rn <br />M { o C=) rt <br />GJ �t <br />W C:) <br />Q <br />D <br />a s � <br />{ N CSC <br />i � Z <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this a6- day of APRIL, 2001, by <br />and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />0 <br />ROGER G ANDREWS AND SHIRLEY A ANDREWS, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />0 <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT NINE (9) BLOCK ONE (1) IN PARKHILL SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JULY 31, 2000, and filed for record on AUGUST 4, 2000, <br />in the office of the HALL COUNTY REIGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT # 0200006318, <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of FEBRUARY 1, <br />2016; AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 31, 2000 RECORDED AS <br />DOCUMENT # Ca60 0%0 EXTENDING THE MATURITY DATE TO JUNE 1 2016. <br />4y's- <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO A BALLOON PAYMENT DUE AUGUST 1, 2006. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
