POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />[Limited purpose — sale of property] <br />The East half of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2 NE 1 /4 ), of Section Thirty -Three <br />(33),Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />20170181.8 <br />KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, that 1, JOHN B. COSTELLO, of the City and <br />County of Denver, State of Colorado, reposing special trust in my sister, MARY COSTELLO <br />PETERSON, of the County of Douglas, State of Nebraska, have made, constituted and <br />appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint the said Mary Costello Peterson <br />my true and lawful attorney in fact to act for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my <br />sole use and benefit, with full power and authority to do and perform each and every act <br />necessary, as fully as I might do if personally present, to accomplish and complete the sale of the <br />real and personal property legally described as follows: <br />with full power and authority to execute, sign, acknowledge and deliver any and all documents, <br />including but not limited to a general warranty deed, settlement statements, closing instructions, <br />a tax agreement, mechanic's lien affidavit and indemnity, and any other documents of every type <br />and kind, with such terms and provisions as my said attorney in fact may think proper or <br />necessary for the complete sale and transfer of the above described property. Upon completion <br />of the transaction I direct my attorney in fact to direct the transfer of any and all proceeds due to <br />me as I may direct by separate writing. <br />This Power of Attorney shall automatically expire by its own terms upon completion of <br />the limited purpose set forth above. <br />THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THE DISABILITY <br />OF THE PRINCIPAL. <br />EXECUTED this Z 0 day of January, 2017. <br />ostello, Principal <br />
