<br />AS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />is of Trust dated December 30, 2010 and August 26, 2015 and executed by
<br />m and Shirley M. McCallum, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on January 3, 2011, as Instrument
<br />d September 1, 2015, as Instrument #201506002, and
<br />AS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />entioned as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3) ake Heritage Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebra ka, EXCEPT that portion deeded to the State of Nebraska by Warranty Deed
<br />recorded Dece ber 28, 2011 as Instrument #201109764.
<br />reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
