<br />RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY
<br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated December 30, 1994, by and between Ronald L. Smith
<br />and Sharon K. Smith, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, which Deed of
<br />Trust is recorded as Document No. 94- 110326 in the Office of the
<br />Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for
<br />reconveyance of the Beneficiary, Cathleen H. Allen, Attorney -at-
<br />Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />6th
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Dickey's Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pur-
<br />suant to Section 76- 1014.01 of the Revised Statutes of the State
<br />of Nebraska, said premises to Ronald L. Smith and Sharon K.
<br />Smith, Husband and Wife.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Cathleen H. Allen, Attorney -at -Law,
<br />Trustee, has executed this Reconveyance of Trust Property on the
<br />day of May, 2001.
