Titsworth and Joan A. Titsworth, <br />Husband and wife , herein called the grantor whether one or more, <br />in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Considerations ($1.00) fe <br />received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto U <br />David D. Supencheck and Marsha A. Supencheck, Husband and Wife <br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real property in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: A part of the Block Two (2), of Koehler Subdivision located upon a part of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE '/4 SW '/4) of Section 15, in Township 11 North, Range 9 <br />West of the 6`h P.M., and a part of Lot Fourteen (14) of the County Subdivision of the West Half of the <br />Southwest Quarter (W' /2 SW '/4) of Section 15, in Township Il North, Range 9 West of the 6`h P.M., more <br />particularly described as follows, to -wit: Commencing at a point on the North boundary line of said Block <br />Two (2), Ninety Five (95) feet West of the Northeast corner of said Block, running thence South parallel with <br />the West boundary line of said Block for a distance of One Hundred Thirty Five (135) feet to a point on the <br />Northerly boundary line of the belt line of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company, running <br />thence in a Southwesterly direction, along and upon said Northerly boundary line of said belt line for a <br />distance of 54.9 feet, running thence North parallel with the West boundary line of said block for a distance <br />of One Hundred Seventy Five (175) feet to the North boundary line of said block for a distance of 56.6 feet to <br />the place of beginning, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />And grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees and with their assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the <br />survivor of them that grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance. <br />That grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend the <br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of the grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving grantee. <br />Dated: MAY 31, 2000 <br />P(7� <br />mes E.
