<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated May 10, 1999, executed by Kenneth K. Lauritsen and Linda L. Lauritsen,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Howard County, Nebraska, recorded as Document
<br />#99- 105082 on the 17th day of May, 1999, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE' /) and the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S %NE' /o), all in Section Three
<br />(3), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />AND
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW' /) of Section Three (3), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 25th day of April, 2001.
