201701712 Representative, whose fee shall be paid by my estate; unless Edward R. Stepanek, III is serving as my Personal Representative then such appraiser shall be selected by my heirs. The payment made by Edward R. Stepanek, III to my estate shall be adjusted to account for his interest in the residue of my estate. The exercise of the option granted herein shall be in writing and closing shall occur within thirty days of such exercise with the customary proration of taxes to the day of closing. If Edward R. Stepanek, III does not exercise this option, then my Personal Representative shall dispose of the property with the residue of my estate. FIFTH. I authorize, empower, give and grant to my Personal Representative, hereinafter named, full authority, power, right, and license without order of any Court, to sell and dispose of all of my personal property and real estate, at either public sale or private sale, when deemed necessary by my Personal Representative, and to execute and deliver all necessary deeds, bills of sale, documents of title, assignments, endorsements or other written instruments or documents of conveyance necessary to convey and transfer complete title thereto.
