<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, RICK DAMKROGER, as Substitute Trustee under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated December 16, 1993, executed by DAN MURPHY and VELMA I. MURPHY, as
<br />Trustors, in which PRECISION SIDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is named as
<br />Beneficiary and the undersigned has been named as Substitute Trustee, and which was recorded
<br />in the office of th? Register of Deeds of Hai! county, Nebraska on January 21, 1994, as Document
<br />No. 94- 100597 (which Deed of Trust was assigned by PRECISION SIDING AND CONSTRUCTION
<br />COMPANY to STATEWIDE MORTGAGE OF TEXAS, INC. by an Assignment of Deed of Trust
<br />dated December 20, 1993, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on February 18, 1994, as Document No. 94- 101412, and then assigned by
<br />STATEWIDE MORTGAGE OF TEXAS, INC. to MIDLAND SAVINGS BANK by an Assignment
<br />dated February 7, 1994, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on April 4, 1994, as Document No. 94- 102702, and was then assigned by AMERUS
<br />BANK, successor in interest to MIDLAND SAVINGS BANK, to GREEN TREE FINANCIAL
<br />SERVICING CORPORATION n /k/a CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORP., by an Assignment
<br />of Mortgage /Deed of Trust dated February 24, 1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on September 7, 1999, as Document No. 0099108905), has
<br />received from CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORP., the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust,
<br />a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums due and other obligations secured by said Deed
<br />of Trust have been fully paid and satisfied;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the above - referenced request of Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned, as Substitute Trustee of said Deed of Trust, does hereby reconvey, without warranty,
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by Substitute Trustee in the
<br />following- described real estate:
