<br /> Existing Indehtedness. The wards "Existing fndebtedness" mean the indebtedness descri�ed in the Existing Liens
<br /> pro�ision of this Deed af Trust,
<br /> Guaranty. The word "Gua�anty" means the guaranty from guaranrar, endors�r, surety, ❑r accommadation party to
<br /> Lender, inGluding withaut limitation a guaranty❑f all or part a�the Nat�.
<br /> Hazardaus Subs#ances. The words "Hazardaus Suhstances" me�n materials that, because of their quantity,
<br /> �oncentration or physical, chemical ar infectious chara�teristics, may �ause or pose a present or potential hazard
<br /> to human hea�th ar the en�ironment when impraperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufa�tured,
<br /> transpvrted or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardvus Substances" are used in their �ery broadest sense and
<br /> include w�thaut limitatian any and a�l hazardous or toxic substances, materials ❑r waste as defined by or listed
<br /> under the En��ronmental Laws. The term "Ha�ard�us Substances" also inciud�s, without limitation, pet�oleum and
<br /> petroleum by-products or any fraction thereaf and asbestos.
<br /> Impro��men#s. The ward "Impra�ements" means all existing and future impra�ements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mohile ham�s affixed on the Real Property, facilities, additfons, r�placements and ather constru�tion on the Real
<br /> Praperty.
<br /> Indebtedness. The wvrd "Indebt�dness" means alf principal, anterest, and other amaunts, C�5t5 and expenses
<br /> payab�e under the Note vr Related Dvcuments, tog�ther with all renewals of, extensions ot, modificati�ns of,
<br /> consvlidations ❑f and substitutivns for the Note or Relat�d �acuments and any amounts expended ❑r ad�an��d by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustor's obligations ar expenses incurred by Trustee ❑r Lender� to en#ares Trustor's
<br /> ob�igati�ns under this ❑eed ❑f Trust, t�gether with interest on such amounts as pro�ided in this Qeed af Trust.

<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Fi�e Points Bank, its successors and assigns,
<br /> Note. The word "Note" means the pramissary note dated March �4, 2�17, in the original principal amount

<br /> Personal Property. The words "P�rsvnaf Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and o�her articles of p�rsonal
<br /> prvper�y now ❑r hereafiter owned by Trusto�, and naw ar hereafter atta�hed or a�fiix�d t❑ the Real Pr�perty;
<br /> together with all accessfvns, partS, and addi�ions to, all replacements af, and all substitutions far, any of such
<br /> p�'operty; and together with ail praceeds �inc�uding without limitatifln all insurance proceeds and refunds of
<br /> premiumsy from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
