<br /> En�ironmen�a! Laws. The words "En�iranmen�al Laws" mean any and all state, �edera� and �o�al s�atutes,

<br /> limi#at�on the Comp�ehensi�e En�iranmental Respvnse, Compensation, and Liability A�t o� �980, as amended, 42

<br /> Guarantvr. The word "Guarantor" means any guarantvr, surety, ar accommodation par�y of any or all ❑f th�

<br /> Guaran�y. The word "Guaranty" means the gua�anty from Guaran�or to Lender, including w�thout limitation a
<br /> gua�an�y of al�ar part�f the Note.
<br /> Hazardous 5ubs�ances. The words "Hazardous 5ubstances" mean materials that, because of th��� quantity,
<br /> concentration or physical, chemiGal or infec�ivus characteristics, may cause ❑r p�se a present or poten�ial hazard
<br /> �o human hea�th or the en�ironment when improper�y used, treated, stvred, disposed o#, generated, manufiactured,
<br /> transported �r o�herwise hand[ed. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their �ery broad�s� sense and
<br /> inc�ude withau� fimitativn any and a!I hazardous or tvxic substances, materia[s ar waste as de�ined by or listed
<br /> under ths En�ironmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Substances" a�so includes, withau€iim'ttativn, pe�roleum and
<br /> pe�roleurr� by-prvducts ar any fraction�hereaf and asb�stas.
<br /> Imprv�emen�s. The ward "Impro�ements" means all exis�t�ng and fu�ure impra�em�nts, buildings, s#ructures,

<br /> Indebtedness. The word FT�ndebtedness" means all principal, interes�, and other am�unts, �vsts and expenses
<br /> payable under the Not� ar Related ❑ocuments, together with a![ renewals af, extensions o�, modifi�ations o#,
<br /> consolidatians of and substi�u�ivns �or the Note or l�elated Documents and any amounts expended or advanced by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustvr's obligations or expenses in�urred by Trust�e �r Lender to enforce Trustor's
<br /> ohligations under th�s Deed of Trust, toge�her w�th interes� on such amoun�ts as pro�ided in this Deed of Trust.
