<br /> Guarantor. The word "Guaran�tor" means any guarantor, sur�ty, ❑r acGvmmodativn par�y of any or all of #he

<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty from Guarantor �o Lende�, including without iimi�ation a
<br /> guaranty�f all or part❑#�he Note.
<br /> Hazardous Suhstan�es. The words "Hazard�us Subs�an�es" mean materials that, because of their quantity,
<br /> concentration or physical, chemi�al or infectious Ghara��eristics, may cause or pose a present vr po�ential hazard
<br /> to human h�alth or the en�ironment when 'tmprope�ly used, treated, stored, d�sposed ❑f, generated, manufact�red,
<br /> transported or oth�rwise handled. The words "Hazardous 5uhstances" are used in �heir very broadest sense and
<br /> inClude without limitation any and all hazardvus or toxic substances, materiais or was�e as de�ined by or listed
<br /> under the En�ir�nmental Laws. The term "Hazardaus Substan�es" also inc[udes, without limitativn, petrvleum and
<br /> pe�roleum by-products or any fract�an�hereof and asbestos.
<br /> Impro��ments, The wvrd "Impro�emen�ts" means all exis#ing and fu�ure impro�ements, buildings, structures,

<br /> Indebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means all principal, �nterest, and other amaunts, cos�s and �xpenses
<br /> payab�e under �he Note or Related Documenfis, together with all renewals a�, extensians of, modifications of,
<br /> cansolidatians of and substitutians for the Note or Related Documents and any amounts expended or ad�anced by
