<br />recorded as Document #97- 105712, wherein Ronnie E. Hitch and Mary
<br />C. Hitch, husband and wife, were the Grantors /Trustors and Mildred
<br />M. Dahlke, was Beneficiary, in performance of said trust and by
<br />virtue of the power and authority given to me in and by such
<br />instrument, and in consideration of payment of the debt in full,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys
<br />to Ronnie E. Hitch and Mary C. Hitch, husband and wife, Grantees,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised
<br />Statutes 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Easterly forty (40) feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Sixty
<br />Two (62), in Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured
<br />by the Trust Deed recorded as Document #97,.105712 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
