<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL G
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary d
<br />named therein, dated MARCH 8, 2000 and recorded MARCH 16, 2000 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200002067 has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17) AND LOT THIRTY -ONE (31), BLOCK SEVEN (7),UNIT THREE (3),
<br />CONTINENTAL GARDENS, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
