I am the daughter of Arthea Thomas. A copy of Arthea Thomas's death certificate is aitaattl hereto marked as Exhibit "A" and copy of her Will is attached hereto marked as Exhibit `B ". 2. My mother had five {5) children, including myself. My date of birth is November 11, 1959. The names and dates of birth of my four (4) siblings are as follows: Albert L. Thomas, born October 16, 1963 Daniel E. Thomas, born April 30,1954 James E. Thomas, born September 18, 1952 Mary Thomas Barton, born September 7, 1950 3. All of my siblings were alive when the youngest reached the age of twenty -one (21). 4. My sister Mary Thomas Barton died on October 15, 2002 while married -to John Michael Barton. 5. John Michael Barton was the sole heir of Mary Thomas Barton. John Michael Barton died on November 29, 2013. The sole heir of the Estate of John Michael Baron is Laura Lee Barton. 6. 1, all of my siblings, Laura Lee Barton, and each of our spouses are -non- domieiliaries of Nebraska. 7. I am making this affidavit at the request of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Vintage Title & Escrow Company, its policy issuing agent, in order for them to issue an owner's policy of title insurance to the purchaser, Dolores Allen, and/or a loan policy of title insurance to Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA, without exceptions the pertaining -to the estate of or heirs of Arthea Thomas.
