Connick, Attorney at Law and member of <br />the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose address is 104 N. Wheeler, Po Box 790, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska 68802 -0790, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated October 12, 2016, and <br />executed by ARS Nebraska, LLC, as Trustor, in which MVB Bank, Inc. is named as Beneficiary, <br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on October 13, 2016, as Instrument No. 201606767, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Brandon S. Connick, as Trustee, has received from <br />MVB Bank, Inc. as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully <br />paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />this 7' day of rnr , 2017. <br />7410458 <br />Brandon S.
