<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty from guarantar, endorser, surety, ar accommodation party �❑
<br /> Lender, including without limitation a guaranty of all or part of the Note.
<br /> Hazardous Su�stances. The words "Ha�ardaus Substances" mean materiais that, because �f their quanti#y,
<br /> can�entration ❑r physical, chemical or inteCtious chara�teristics, may cause ar pos� a present ar p��ential hazard
<br /> to human health vr the en�ironment when improperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transported or ❑Yherwise handled. The words "Hazardaus Substances" are used in their �ery broadest sense and
<br /> in�lude without limitation any and a�l haza�dous or tt�xic substances, materials or waste as d�fined by ar listed
<br /> under the En�ironm�ntal Laws. The term "Haxardous Substan�es" alsa inciudes, without limita�ion, petroleum �nd

<br /> �mpr��ements. The word "Impra�ements" means all existing and future impra�ements, buildings, stru�tures,

<br /> Indebtedness. The ward "Indebtedness" means all p�in�ipal, interest, and vther amounts, �osts and expenses
<br /> payah�e under the Nat� or Reiated ❑acuments, together with all renewals of, extensions af, modificat€ans of,
<br /> consvlidatians of and substitutians for the Nate ❑r Re�ated ❑ocuments and any amounts �xpend�d or ad�anced by

<br /> together with a�� accessions, parts, and addi�ions to, all replacements of, and ali substitutions �or, any of such
<br /> property; and tog�th�r with a�f proceeds {including without limitation all insurance pr�ceeds and refunds af
<br /> premiums� fram any sale or other disposition of the Property.
<br /> Praperty. The word "Praperty" means coilecti�ely the Rea! Property and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Pr�perty. The wards "Real Property" mean the real property, interests and rights, as further described in this

<br /> Related Documents. The w�rds "Related Documents" mean all pramissary nates, c�edit agreem�nts, loan
