<br /> incurred by Trustee or Lender in cannection with the condemnatian.

<br /> documentary stamps, and other charges for recarding or registering this Deed of Trust.

<br /> Deed of Trust vr upon all ar any part af the Indebtedness se�ured by this Deed of Trust; �2� a specifiG tax on

<br /> Suhsequent Taxes. �f any tax t❑ which this sectian applies is enacted subsequent ta the date �f this Deed af
<br /> Trust, this e�en� shall ha�e the same ef�e�t as an EWent a€ ❑efault, and Lender may exercise any or all ❑f its
<br /> a�ailable remedies for an Event vf Default as pro�ided b�lvw unless Trustor either �1 y pays the tax before it

<br /> Trust in the real property recards, Lender may, at any time and without further authvrization f�vm Trustor, �i�e
<br /> exe�uted counterparts, capies or repr�ductians of this ❑eed ❑f Trust as a financing statement. Trustar shall
<br /> �eimburse Lender for all expenses incurred �n perfecting or �ontinuing this se�urity intere�t. Upon default, Trustor
<br /> sha�l nat remo�e, s��er or deta�h the Personal Prflp�rty from the Prvperty. LJpon default, Trustor shal� assemble
<br /> any Persvnal Prape�ty not affixed to the Property in a rnanner and at a place reasanably con�enient to Trustar and
<br /> L�nder and make �t a�ailable t❑ Lender within three 43� days after receipt of written demand from L�nder to the
