(� <br />REDMAN, Husband and Wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto TIMOTHY R. <br />HARRIS and KRISTINE L.
