4835 - 3454- 0868.1 <br />rri r _ <br />n z <br />m > v� <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />See the Legal Descriptions on the attached Exhibit A. <br />C _J <br />CO <br />[THE REMAINDER OF THIS PAGE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK AND SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS.] <br />WBW Family Limited Partnership, a Nebraska limited partnership, ( "Grantor"), in <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, sell, convey and demise to <br />Westering Farms, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ( "Grantee "), all of Grantor's right, <br />title and interest in and to the following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV. STAT. <br />§76 -201), together with all improvements thereupon, if any, in Hall County, State of Nebraska: <br />This Quitclaim Deed is being recorded consistent with the provisions of NEB. REV. <br />STAT. §67- 299(B)(1) to confirm that Grantee has succeeded to ownership of all real property of <br />Grantor by operation of law, and to update the records of Hall County, Nebraska to show the <br />correct owner of said properties. The conversion was effective on October 24, 2016, when <br />Articles of Conversion and a Certificate of Organization were filed with the Nebraska Secretary <br />of State. A copy of said filing is attached as Exhibit B. <br />This transaction is exempt from documentary stamp tax pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. § <br />76 -902 (5)(b). <br />0° <br />
