Box 1288, Hastings, NE 68902 -1288 <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND ELECTION TO SELL <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that Ruben Alvarez- Andrade and Manuela Espino Paez, Husband <br />and Wife ( "Trustor "), did, on or about September 2, 2014, make, execute and deliver unto <br />BANK OF DONIPHAN ( "Trustee "), a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the <br />following - described real property: <br />LOT FOUR (4) AND THE NORTH FORTY THREE (43) FEET OF LOT FIVE <br />(5), BLOCK TWO (2), AXT & HAGGE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />as security for repayment of loans which the Trustor has obtained from BANK OF DONIPHAN <br />("Beneficiary"). Said Deed of Trust was recorded on September 2, 2014, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201405419. <br />Robert J. Parker, Jr. ( "Successor Trustee "), Attorney at Law, has been appointed <br />Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor <br />for which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, the Trustor has failed to pay the <br />Beneficiary payments that were contractually due. <br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid <br />principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has <br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said <br />obligation. <br />
