IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, Joan A
<br />Titsworth, as Conservator of the Estates of Crystal Joy Kuzma and Charles Joseph
<br />Kuzma, hereby releases the mortgage made to Joan A. Titsworth, as Conservator of
<br />the Estate of Crystal Joy Kuzma and Charles Joseph Kuzma, by James E. Titsworth
<br />and Joan A. Titsworth, on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />A part of the Block Two (2) of "Koehler Subdivision" located upon a part of the Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4 SW1 /4) of Section Fifteen (15), in Township
<br />Eleven (1 1) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., and a part of Lot Fourteen (14)
<br />of the County Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1 /2 SW 1 /4) of
<br />Section Fifteen (15), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />more particularly described as follows to -wit: Commencing at a point on the North
<br />boundary line of said Block Two (2), Ninety Five (95) feet West of the Northeast corner
<br />of said Block, running thence South parallel with the West boundary line of said Block for
<br />a distance of One Hundred Thirty Five (135) feet to a point on the Northerly boundary line
<br />of the belt line of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company, running thence in
<br />a Southwesterly direction, along and upon said Northerly boundary line of said belt line for
<br />a distance of 54.9 feet, running thence North parallel with the West boundary line of said
<br />Block for a distance of One Hundred Seventy Five (175) feet to the North boundary line
<br />of said Block for a distance of 56.6 feet to the place of beginning, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which is recorded as Document 95- 103457 of the records of said County.
