KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />Robert E. Baker, a single person , Trustor, to
<br />Bank of Wood River , Trustees, for
<br />the benefit of Bank of Wood River , the Beneficiary names
<br />herein dated �st , 0, and recorded August 20, 1991 , 26W
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Document No. 91- 105457 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivers as confirmed
<br />by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary names therein, the undersigned as Trustee does be these
<br />presents, grants, remise, release and convey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot 4, Block 25, in Original Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />the Westerly 3' and 2 3/4" thereof.
