200004452 <br />construction of which shall be mutually agreed upon by both Buyer <br />and Seller, may be placed at the north boundary of Sunset Drive <br />near Lot 9 of Amick Acres West Subdivision, with said point of <br />access available only for utility easement purposes or emergency <br />ingress or egress. Both points of access shall be completed no <br />later than June 1, 2000, including the removal of all pipe fencing <br />at the East end of Island Drive. <br />The barbed wire fence lining Lots 71 and 8 in Amick Acres East <br />Subdivision shall be removed and replaced with a post and cable <br />fence along said newly dedicated common areas and the east side of <br />Lot 7 of Amick Acres West Subdivision. Any pass - throughs which may <br />be developed to access both subdivisions shall be made for only <br />pedestrian or bicycle traffic. <br />16. Binding Effect.
