<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that AMERISPHERE MULTIFAMILY

<br />COMPANY, as trustee for the benefit of the party of the first part, bearing date the / -f`' day of
<br />, 2001 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in the county where the
