<br /> transported or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in #heir�ery broadest s�nse and
<br /> inc�ude withauf l�mi�ation any and all hazardous or toxic substances, mafierials or was�e as defined by or I�sted
<br /> under th� En�ir�nm�ntal Laws. The term "Haza�dous 5ubs�ances" als❑ �nc�udes,wi�haut limitation, pe#ro�eum and
<br /> petroleum by-producfis or any fract�vn�hereof and asbestos.
<br /> 1rnpr4vements. The word "Impra�ements" means ail existing and �u�ure impro�ements, buildings, s�ruc�ures,
<br /> mabile homes affixed on the Rea[ Proper�y, facili��es, add�tions, repiacements and other construct�o�r on the Reaf
<br /> Prope�ty.
<br /> Indeb�edness. The word "lndebtedness" m�ans al� prir�cipal, in�erest, and o�her amounts, cos�s and expenses
<br /> payabie under the Credit Agreement or R�lated Do�uments, together with ail renewals of, extensions at,
<br /> modifications of, consolidations of and substitutions far the Credi� Agreemen� or Re�a�ed Documents and any
<br /> amoun�s expended or ad�an�ed by Lender to discharge Trusto�'s obliga�ions or expenses ineurred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender ta en�orc� Trus�a�'s obliga�ions under this Deed o� Trust, together with in�erest on such amoun�s as
<br /> pro�ided in this ❑eed af Trust.
<br /> Lender. Th�word "Lender" means BANK�F THE UVEST, its succ�ssars and ass�gns. The words "successo�s or
<br /> assigns" mean any person ar company�hat acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Personai Property. The words "Personal Prope�ky" mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of pers�nal
<br /> property now or hereafter awned by Trust�r, and now or hereafter attaGhed or a�fixed tv �he Real Property;
<br /> together with all ac�essions, par�s, and additions ��, all replacements of, and al� substitutions fior, any af such
<br /> prop�rky; and tagether with all pro�eeds (includ�ng without {�mitation all insuran�e pra�eeds and re�unds of
<br /> premiums}from any saI�or other disposition o�the Property.
<br /> Property. The ward "Prope�ty"means collec�i�ely the Rea! Prape�ty and�he Persana( Property.
<br /> Reaf P�-op�r�y. The words "Real Proper�y" mean the real property, interests and righ�s, as fu�kher described �n�his
<br /> ❑eed of Trust.
<br /> Relat�d Da�uments. The words "Re�a�ed Documents" mean al! promissory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br /> ag�eements, en�ironm�ntal agre�men�s, guaran�ies, securi�y agreements, mortgages, deeds ❑f trust, secur�ty
<br /> deeds, collateral morkgages, and al1 other �nstrumen�s, agreements and documents, whether now o� hereafter
<br /> existing, executed in conne�tian with the Indebtedness.
<br /> Ren�s. The word "Rents" means all p�esent and fiuture rents, re�enues, income, issues, royalt�es, profts, and
<br /> other benefits deri�ed from the Proper�y.
