<br />refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Rebeca M. Aldana, a single person, as Trustor, in which Columbus
<br />Federal Savings Bank is named as Beneficiary and Columbus Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of
<br />Trust was thereafter filed for record January 27, 1994 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of I lall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No.94- 100764.
<br />On or about February 1, 1994, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded
