<br />You are hereby notified that Daniel F. Strohl and Sally A. SU-0111, as husband and wite, as Trustors,
<br />did on or about July 22, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto Michael Kivett, Trustee, a Deed of Trust
<br />wherein said TrUStOrS conveyed the following - described real property:

<br />of the El /2 of Section 9, Township I I North, Range 9, West of the 6TH
<br />P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Mortgage Express, Beneficiary of said
<br />Decd of Trust which was recorded on July 29, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 107615.
<br />On or about July 22, 1999, Mortgage Express, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to BankOne National Association, Trustee. The Assignment was
<br />recorded August 10, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />200006486.
<br />Michael E. Currans, Attorney at L.aw, has been appointed Successor I'rusteC, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of I lall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />pa}ments which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
