<br />WHEREAS, by Mortgage dated the 12 day of MAY 1971 and recorded in the Register's Office
<br />of HALL County, NEBRASKA, of record under BK154 P248, RICHARD E ANDERSON & DONNA
<br />R ANDERSON mortgage real estate described therein, for the purpose of securing the payment of an
<br />indebtedness also described therein; and
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage has been paid in full, and there is
<br />nothing due of owing in connection therewith: LOT 9 IN ISLAND ACRES 6 A REPLAT OF LOTS 19 &
<br />20 ISLAND ACRES CITY OF GRAND ISLAND NE
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, Union Planters Bank N.A. F/K/A Union
<br />Planters National Bank F/K/A Leader Federal Bank For Savings F/K/A Leader Federal Savings & Loan
<br />Association, as owner of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, acknowledges full payment
<br />and satisfaction thereof and does hereby release and discharge the lien to secure same in full.
<br />The undersigned convenants that the party named above as such was the sole and unconditional
<br />owner of the indebtedness at the time of the final payment and having the lawful right does hereby
<br />execute this release.
