2� 17� 1244 <br /> Borrower,this Securtty Instrument and ob�igat�ons secured hereby shall remain fully ef�ec�i�e as if no <br /> acceleration had accurred. However,this right to reinstate sha11 n�t apply in the case�f acceleration <br /> under Sectian 1 S. <br /> 2�. Sale of Note; Change af Loan Servicer; Notice of Grie�ance. The Note or a partial <br /> interest in the Note�together with�his Security Instrument}can he sold ane ar mare t�mes without <br /> prior noti�e to Borrower. A sale might result in a change �n the entity�knawn as the "L�an Ser�icer"} <br /> that callects Periodic Payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument and performs other <br /> mortgage loan ser�icing obligations under the N�te,this Security�nstrument, and Ap�licable Law. <br /> There al�o might l�e one or mare changes of the Laan Servicer unrelated to a sale of the Note. If the Nate <br /> is sold and thereafter the Loan is ser�iced by a Loan Servicer other than the purchaser of the Note,the <br /> mortgage loan servicing ahligatians to Borrower will remain with the Loan Ser�icer or be transferred <br /> to a success�r Loan Servicer and are not assumed by the Nate purchaser unless athervvise provided by <br /> the Nflte purchaser. <br /> Neither Borrawer nor Lender may commence,join, or be joined to any judicial ac�ion �as either an <br /> indiv�dual litigan�or the member of a class}that arises from the other party's actions pursuant to this <br /> Security Instrument or that alleges that the ather party has breached any pro�ision�f, or any duty <br /> owed by reasan of,th i s Security�nstrument, unti 1 such Borrower or Lender has notif ed the other <br /> party�with such noti�e given in compliance with�he requirements of Section 15}af such alleged <br /> breach and affarded the ather party h�reto a reasonable per�od after the giving af such n�tice ta take <br /> corrective action. Hazardaus Substances. As used in this Section 21: �a} "Hazardaus Substances" are thase <br /> substances defined as toxic or hazard�us substances, po�luta.nts,or wastes by En�ironmental <br /> Law and the fallowing substan�es: gasoline, kerosene, other flammable or taxic petroleum <br /> products,toxic pesticides and herbicides,�olatile s�l�ents, ma�erials containing asbestos or <br /> forma�dehyde,and radiaacti�e materiais; (l�} "En►vironmental Law"means federal laws and laws of <br /> the jurisdiction where the Property is lacated that relate to health, safety or environmental protection; <br /> (c� "En�ironmental Cleanup" inc�udes any respanse action, remedial action, or remo�al action, as <br /> defined in En�ironmental Law; and�d}an "En�ir�nmentai �onditian"means a condition that can <br /> cause, contribute to,ar otherw�se trigger an En�ironmental Cleanup. <br /> Borrawer shall not cause or permit the presence, use, dispasal, starage, or release of any Hazardous <br /> Substances, or threaten t�release any Hazardous Substances, on �r in the Praperty.
