2� 17� 1244 <br /> Qbtain all of Borrflwer's rights and benefi�s under this Security Instrument. Borrower shal�not he <br /> reieased from Barrower's abligations and liability under this Security Instrument unless Lender agrees <br /> to such release in writing. The co�enants and agreements of this Security Instrument shall bind(except <br /> as pro�ided in Section Z�}and heneft the successars and assigns�f Lender. <br /> '�4. Loan Charges. Lender may charge Borrower fees f�r ser�ices performed in connection w�th <br /> B�rrovver's defauit, far the purpase of pratecting Ler�der's interest in the Property and rights und�r this <br /> Security Instrument, including, but not Iimited to, attorneys' fees, property inspecti�n and�aluation <br /> fees. In regard to any ather fees,the absence of express autharity in this Security Instrument to charge <br /> a specif�fee to Borrower shall not be construed as a prohibition an the charging of such fee. Lender may choose to make this refund by <br /> reducing the principal owed under the Note or by making a direct payment to Borrower.
