NOW THEREAFTER, The Lender made each of the Borrowers a $138,500.00 loan on <br />10 -26 -11 and $22,849.00 loan on - -- . The Lender's loans are secured by the Deed <br />of Trust and real estate described above. The Government loan will also be secured by the real <br />estate described above. To induce the Government to make this loan the Lender agrees that only <br />the Lender's Promissory Notes dated 10 -26 -11 and a- aa-- in the principal amounts of <br />$322,698.00 would hold a lien priority ahead of the Government indebtedness and that all of the <br />Lender's other existing loans to the Borrower and future loans made to the Borrower which <br />would be secured by the cross - collateralization and/or future advance clauses in the Lender's <br />Deed of Trusts are hereby subordinated in favor of the Government's lien and would hold a <br />junior lien position to the Government indebtedness on the real estate described above. <br />The total principal amount holding a lien priority ahead of the Government Promissory <br />Notes in the amount of $249,300.00, secured by the Lender's Deed of Trust at any one time shall <br />not exceed the Lender's Promissory Notes dated 10 -26 -11 and 13, Z in the principal <br />amounts of $138,500 and $22,849 to each borrower.
